I have been a proud New Mexico resident since 1979, having lived in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Cedar Crest, and I am well acquainted with the surrounding communities throughout the greater Albuquerque area. Originally licensed in 1996, I later returned to real estate after intentionally expanding my professional skill set—bringing a well-rounded, practical perspective to every transaction. During my years outside of real estate, I also served as a Sales and Marketing Director for a business publication, where I was recognized as an award-winning sales professional—experience that directly informs how I position, market, and negotiate on behalf of my real estate clients. In addition to real estate, I am formally trained in architectural color consulting and home presentation, which allows me to guide clients on paint palettes, finishes, materials, and visual cohesion in ways that directly support market appeal and value. This design-forward expertise enables me to evaluate homes through both a buyer’s lens and a market lens.
